Ouch...

Have I ever mentioned that I kinda hate working out?? I don't mind the treadmill so much or even the eliptical but the thought alone of lunges and the pushups makes me so sleepy. I have heard a lot of good things about the 30 Day Shred so I thought I would give it a try. If you have Comcast then you can go OnDemand and find the first 2 workouts for free in the fitness section. So it's 30 minutes of circuit training (2 minutes cardio then 1 to 2 minutes abs or arms) it seemed simple enough but after the first 10 minutes I was sweating it up. It definitely kicks your butt and I didn't even have hand weights to increase it.

OUCH! Can I tell you that I did the workouts on Friday and Saturday and was not able to walk normally til this morning. I was literally on a hunt for Jillian Michael's head on a platter!! Apparently I do not even have any muscles in my legs so I was starting from scratch in the fitness area. My calves were painfully on fire and I had to stand for 3 hours at the Jason Mraz concert on Sunday. Ugh even though the concert was amazing it was really hard to get through standing up. I'm nervous to workout with it again tonight but like Jillian says,

"You don't get an amazing body without sacrifice and hard work!"
