Hola everyone! I'm feeling pretty excited cause in about 2 1/2 hours I will settling down to watch the Phillies smash LA! Sorry Dodgers fans but you guys are going down! It's gonna be a crazy night in the city so I think i'm taking the chill route and bellying up to a local bar near my apartment to watch it all.

So guess what? Friday night boy cancelled on me? He said that had plans to meet up with his Mom and it wasn't definite but she called to say she couldn't anytime over the weekend... WTF? Seems kinda weird to me and I can't really tell if that was the truth or not but to keep it all the way funky I was sorta relieved... I know I should just get the 1st date over with but they always bug me and make me so nervous. We'll see if we end up actually having a date after this. So my search for a cute/nice/honest boy continues. I opened my POF account a little bit ago and found this precious gem just waiting for a response...

So I have a date on Friday... I don't know about you guys but I hate first dates. I am naturally a shy person when I don't know someone so it really is torture for me to sit through a dinner and have the awkward banter.

Sorry about that last one i'm naturally suspicious! How do you guys prepare for 1st dates? I am going through every outfit in my head right now and someone can not think of a single thing to wear? He seems like a really nice guy but how can you really tell from texting and email?

Ohhh it's my favorite time of year! I know a lot of people talk about how much they love fall but I really really really love it! Halloween has to be my favorite holiday because I love the decorations, the costumes, the weather, the fashion! In honor of the time of year I decided to share with a new jibjab card I made. Well hello lovelies! It's good to be back whoosh it's been a crazy couple of weeks! I am super excited it's fall and almost Halloween!! I just ordered my costume yesterday and can't wait for it to come in! I even planted my own pumpkin seeds this year and it's actually growing which if you knew me then you would know that anything that comes into my apartment green immediately turns brown and dies.

So a lot has been happening lately but definitely the most entertaining thing is the fact that I have joined plentyoffish.com. In case you couldn't tell already from the name it is *gasp* a dating site. One of my friends who hates cheesy stuff as much as I do joined and she said she actually met a few cute/nice/non-serial killer type guys so I figured i'd give it a try. I have had a bunch of lame experiences with guys this past couple of months and rather than give up and adopt a bunch of stray cats I decided to change up some dating habits. Well it's been 3 days and boy oh boy have I met some guys. I thought i'd share one of my favorite messages with you right now:

Umm what the hell was he talking about with the never bi-gay transsexuals?? Was he telling me that he's never been with one or that he isn't one? Why would I think he was one? Why did he call me honey so many times maybe he just really misses blonde dancer girl?

So yeah there are definitely a lot of messages that leave me creeped out but I have actually found maybe 1 or 2 guys that I have messaged back. I will keep you posted on more craziness and hope to post one every day from now on... get ready!
