So with my birthday coming up this Friday, I have been scouring the internet for the perfect dress... on a very tight budget. With a sweetheart neckline, a pink satin bow and the glittery black sequins this is my ideal dress. If I had an extra $200 dollars laying around then search would stop right here with this fabulous Betsey Johnson "Glitterati"dress. Sadly that is not the case so the search continues...
